The Role: At A&G Personal Care Services, we provide premium, supportive care that empowers our clients to live safely and confidently in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals who understand that true support takes time.

Because we require a 4-hour minimum for all client visits, you will never be rushed between short appointments. Instead, you will have the time to build meaningful relationships, manage household logistics without stress, and deliver the attentive, one-on-one support our clients deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Household Management: Keep the home running smoothly by assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily organization.

• Personal Companionship: Provide genuine social engagement, share in hobbies, and prevent isolation through active, friendly presence.

• Safety & Supervision: Act as a vigilant, protective safeguard to reduce fall risks and monitor the living environment.

• Errands & Transportation: Safely escort clients to local appointments, run errands, and handle grocery shopping.

• Routine Support: Offer gentle, daily reminders to help clients maintain their schedules and overall well-being. (Note: This is a non-medical role focused entirely on supportive, lifestyle care).

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others maintain their independence.

• A valid driver’s license and a dependable personal vehicle.

• The ability to manage light physical tasks related to household support and mobility assistance.

• A commitment to maintaining a professional, comfortable, and dignified environment for every client.
